DSSERVO BLS53180 is a brushless digital servo for high-torque RC and robotic applications. The supplier artwork calls it the 180KG class and gives an operating-voltage span of 12–24 V. The 180KG marking identifies the marketed class; it is not a continuous torque rating.

Construction and control

Supplied product imagery shows a metal case, steel gears and IP67 marking. The supplied control table lists PWM position control, 500–2500 µs pulse width, 1500 µs neutral, 3 µs deadband and 50–330 Hz operation. It shows 180° or 270° travel options; confirm the delivered configuration for the required travel.

Dimensions and fit

The supplied mechanical drawing lists a 65 × 30 × 48 mm servo body, with a 75 mm overall mounting span. Check the drawing and the delivered horn before designing a close-fitting mount.
